Go on a pretend horse ride.
Ask children where they want to go.

-- Wait out a thunderstorm
-- Turn a sharp corner
-- Horse sees the barn on the way back and runs to it.
-- Horse aftercare: Hose, brush, fly spray, hugs!
Craft
Paper sandwich bag backpacks
Supplies needed: Pre-cut construction paper flaps and pockets, buttons (or button stickers, cutouts), small strap for front, larger strip for back handle, crayons, scissors, glue, markers, extra stickers, etc.
